Tools in aluminium for test series and low volume manufacturing | |
|
Premoulds tools are cheaper than
traditional tools but are also suitable for low volume
manufacturing.
We design the tools in TopMold and PowerShape.

|
For programming the milling
machine we use PowerMill.
|
 |
|
|
Finally we put the inserts in a mother
tool and produce the plastic parts.
Max part weight are approx. 500gr. For bigger parts we corporate with other companies.
